Lindsey Brick, MS

Lindsey Brick is a master's-level counselor dedicated to helping children, adolescents, young adults, and athletes navigate life's challenges while building resilience, confidence, and emotional well-being. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, where she was also a Division I student-athlete, and recently completed her Master of Science in Counseling Psychology at Northeastern University.

Lindsey has experience providing individual and group therapy to children and adolescents through her clinical internship at Doc Wayne Youth Services, where she utilized evidence-based, sport-based therapeutic interventions to support emotional regulation, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral challenges, social skills, and family functioning. She has experience collaborating closely with caregivers, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to help clients reach their goals both in and outside of therapy.

In addition to her clinical internship, drawing from her own experience as a Division I athlete, Lindsey has a special interest in working with athletes of all ages. She is passionate about supporting individuals through challenges such as performance, confidence, identity development, injury recovery, stress management, and balancing athletics with school, work, and life.

Lindsey has worked with children and families in a variety of settings, including coaching youth soccer, teaching swim lessons to children on the autism spectrum, serving as a Team IMPACT intern supporting children with serious illnesses, and mentoring young athletes. These experiences have strengthened her ability to create genuine, trusting relationships while tailoring her approach to each individual's unique strengths and needs
